What programs can BDSSync talk to?
Almost anything, from Excel spreadsheets to web-based applications. Almost all modern software has a database that we can access for seemless data transfer. BDSSync connects to to a range of accounting products such as MYOB (Account Right), Quickbooks, MYOB Exo, AccPac, Attache, Sybiz, Arrow, and ODBC/OLEDB compliant databases
 
How long would it take to configure BDSSync for my needs?
Not all projects are the same, but it’s safe to say that BDSSync can reduce the development and testing time by as much as 90%. Typical implementations can be achieved with 3-6 days of work - depending on your requirements. Sometimes we need to contact and wait for information from you accounting system consultant if your are accounting system requires one.

How do BDSSync complete an integration?
Once you contact Business Driven, we can generally run through a high level assessment of your needs over the telephone. We will provide you with a rough estimate of the time and costs associated with the integration. We then assess your needs in more detail and draw up specific requirements and a full quote. During this stage we may require access to your other, non-accounting software and interview you in more detail. BDSSync is then configured for your systems and thoroughly tested. We can help with installation and the minimal training required to operate the software. Full support is provided as part of our software maintenance program.

How is BDSSync supported?
We offer phone and email support all current BDSSync customers from 8:30AM – 5:30PM AEST, Monday to Friday - Just call 1300 780 400 (Australia) !

I’m not in Australia, can I still use BDSSync?
BDSSync is compatible with all most of the accounting software irrelevant of region.
