BDSSync Enterprise Cloud
Clients or 'business entities' are set up in the cloud and a KITE (see below) is deployed to each client accounting system location. The KITE sends data up into the cloud either on demand or on a scheduled defined in the cloud. Once the data is in the cloud it is normalised and can be mapped to a 'standard' that can then be reported on or exported to nearly any location including Excel, SQL, Crystal Reports, xml, and csv just to name a few.
An example of this is to send client trial balances into the cloud, map their various chart of accounts to a standard chart of accounts, and then send the aggregated and normalised data to systems such as excel, APS, or other reporting systems.
The system also supports XBRL in both the mapping process and the reporting process. it can also be linked with the Australian SBR program through GovDirect.

BDS Sync Enterprise KITE (Known Information Transfer Event).
Kites are deployed to clients and process Known Information Transfer Events. They read the requests for data for the given client from the cloud, then collect the required data from the client accounting system, and then send the data to the cloud for processes.
The Clients can be configured to return nearly any type of data and support a wide range of accounting system. They can also be customised to get data from other software that alloes access through and API, SDK, or data connector.
The cloud can also give clients access to messaging and also the ability to 'self map'.
The Kite on the clients machine is designed to run 'silently' after it is setup through an easy install process. It runs as a 'system tray' icon and is typically a 'set and forget' program.

| Professional Services |
Customisation, Development, or Investigation services can be provided by the BDSSync team. Some standard data targets come standard out of the box but each company normally has specific needs that need to be analysed and configured. Also your standard structure (such as chart of account) needs to be configured and loaded. All work must be estimated, agreed to, and signed off before commencement.
